The master bedroom is situated on the upstairs level and enjoys ultimate privacy and sensational views of the beach and ocean.Open the stacking doors onto the generous balcony and let the sounds and smells of the ocean in. The childrens bedroom, aptly named the Captains Hoek Cabin is perfect for slumber parties

 with its beatiful bunk beds and quirky jellyfish inspired light fitting.

Additionally, is a separate split-level cottage adjoining adjacent to the main villa.  The upstairs room enjoys the beauitful sea and mountain views whilst downstairs is a neat kitchenette and living area with extra sofa beds which open directly onto the garden.

 

This villa is super spacious and the perfect place for special family get-togethers and is an entertainers/chef dream villa with perfect indoor/outdoor living and dining in the most secluded and spectacular setting on the beach.

There is secure parking for 3 cars, is fully secured and full servicing available.  Just a 5-minute drive to the Farm Village for top restaurants, quaint shopping and entertainment and for the fitter, within acceptable walking distance. Ten minutes’ drive to the beach and additional restaurants, with Chapmans Peak drive on the doorstep.
