This holiday villa is immaculate and perfectly designed for entertaining – great flow from the lounge (with flat screen TV), dining area (large 8-seater dining table) and kitchen area which opens onto a large wrap around stoep.   In addition to this, there is separate entertainment area with bar, BBQ, flat screen TV, indoor furniture which opens onto a fabulous large pool, wood-burning and unique hot-tub plus decked area with loungers, firepit and outdoor furniture plus an outdoor shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has been refurbished with large gas stove, microwave, coffee machine and offers all major appliances with separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and which leads onto a double garage for secure parking of vehicles.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms with quality linen and towels – the main bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom opens onto the veranda offering you spectacular views from your bed. Secure and safe with security shutter doors.

Bedroom 2 and 3 have Queen size beds and share a full bathroom and Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom.   All 3 full bathrooms are clean, modern with quality towels. There is a separate study area with uncapped WIFI.  The house is fully alarmed, with additional security shutters in the main bedroom section of the villa, plus the alarm is linked to the local Armed Response Security company.
